Re the slides -please share with others . . . and use as you see fit. Stadium impact is so clearly stated by independant sources that it is not necessary for us to resort to anecdote and fear and emotional rhetoric - these are the tools of the pro-stadium crowd. FCN's position should be one of encouraging Fremont residents to seek out INDEPEDNANT data on stadiums and to question data from local politicians, stadium promoters or those very few businesses hoping to sell a couple of meals to stadium goers or a couple of cars to A's executivges. . . . . . . . we needn't resort to fanning the flames of speculative fear - - - - published facts should raise significant doubt for any thinking individual.

Here is a contribution to FCN. . . . . it is ONLY a start. I am not the best at making a "pretty" presentation . . . it is a concept but perhaps others can add to this.

It seems many are falling for Wolff's ploy to position Santa Clara as a competitive threat....it will never happen...but he wants Fremont to think it could to strengthen his negotiating position. Fremont should raise the stakes and demand more - if he bolts, no problem. It the likely case he doesn't, then Fremont stares him down and gets a great deal...he needs to make a deal soon...
