Oh how I dream you had an anchor store. Wouldn't it be nice if Walgreens relocated there? I would love a grocery store like Mi Pueblo. Of course it would be a fantasy to have a Whole Foods. (since supposedly they check the college graduation rate of the neighborhoods they're interested in) What about that really ugly building all by itself...believe it was a bank. Why not put something there besides a mayoral campaign office during election season. So sad.

I just joined this site. Think it's a great idea. Wish I was at the meeting in June (read some news archives about the Fremont Citizens Network). I live in the Sundale area. I'd like to know if anyone knew about Blacow Elementary. And I don't mean their API score. I mean, is it a designated EL school?
