We hope that with diligent effort from all our citizenry, we can influence the political, social and educational decisions. The site is open to all residents living in Fremont, CA. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at anytime without notice. We reserve the right to ban any individual from this network if so decided by the FCN steering committee. As a member, you agree to abide by the following simple rules:

Please observe that membership on this website, is only for residents of the city of Fremont, CA, USA. If your home address is not within Fremont, CA, USA, then please do not continue with your application. Applicants to this site who are later found to be non-residents of Fremont, will have their account disabled.
You must follow proper etiquette of this community. No profanity, no personal attacks on any other member, no posting of offensive and pornographic material.
This is purely a grass-roots community for social networking. Please do not advertise your business and other wares, goods, etc. in any way or form. We welcome all participation as a member of this community.

Failure to abide by this membership rules will result in immediate removal from the community and the community reserves the right to take legal action against the offender.
