In October 2011, Gov. Jerry Brown passed the CA Dream Act.  The CA Dream Act allows illegals aliens to apply for Cal Grants which are paid for with CA Taxpayer Funds.

Originally they estimated it to cost 40 mil and now they’re saying it will cost 65 mil. and go up every year from the time it starts.  A college does not have to take an Americam before an illegal alien and the more illegal aliens a college takes in, the more college costs go up for all that do not get a break and have to pay full tuitition.

Assemblyman’s Tim Donnelly’s has started a campaign to overturn AB 131.
