Fremont City Council Amended General Plan on 10/26 to Build 500 Homes in Ardenwood

An update on the Patterson Ranch proposal: the Fremont city council on October 26, 2010, approved changing the Fremont General Plan to allow high density development (500 housing units, from 266) at Coyote Hills.

Looks like the Pattersons donated more than $4k to Bill Harrison's campaign just before the vote on the Patterson ranch:
